What kind of clothes should be packed?
Please refer to the temperature table on line..Some casual and leisure clothes should be packed. Sneakers are recommended for the on-foot shore excursion. Caps,sunglasses, protective cream,etc.are also suggested because of the high temperature and extended sun exprosure in summer.
What services will be provided by Reception Desk on board?
The Reception Desk on Board provides 24-hours services to you,including consultation,settlement of bills,arrangement of food & beverage and safety boxes,etc.
Chedk-in
You will get a boarding card and cabin-key when you show your cruise ticket, vaild personal identification card of document to the Reception Desk.
Upgrade the cabin
You can upgrade your cabin as long as there is any surplus cabin available. You should be expected to pay the difference for upgrading.For details, please contact the Reception Desk.
How to pay the bills on board?
It is necessary to sign your name and your cabin number on the boarding card and then it is possible to sign the bill by providing the signed boarding card. All the bills must be paid in full by cash or credit card at the Reception Desk before the cruiser arrives at its destination.
What kinds of credit cards can be used on board?
Master Card, American Express.VISA Card. Diners Club and JCB Card can be used on board.
What foreign currencies can be exchanged on board?
US Dollar, Canada Dollar, English Pound, Euro-Dollar, Japanese Yen, Hong Kong Dollar, Macao Pataca, New Zealand Dollar, Australia Dollar, Singapore Dollar, Thailand Baht, Philippines Peso, Sweden Krona and Denmark Krone can be changed to RMB Yuan at the Reception Desk on board.
How to store the valuables?
Valuables can be stored in the rpivate safe deposit safe deposit box in the cabin.If there is no or it is not big enough, please contact the Reception Desk.
Meals on board
Three meals a day are provided on board. Breakfast is western and Chinese buffet. Lunch is buffet or set meal and dinner is set meal. Both lunch and dinner are mainly based on Chinese cuiseine.which includes one appetizer,six cold dishes,eight hot dishes,one hot soup, two main dishes, dessert and fruits.
Room Service
Room service is available in 24-hour on board. In order to get your service in time, please inform the Reception Desk in advance.
Pollcy on alcohollc drinks and bringing in food
Non-alcoholic drinks are free for the three meals on board and all alcoholic drinks will be charged. Outside food and beverages are prohibited in the dinning hall, abar and entertainment center.
The special reauests for the meal
If you have any special meal needs (such as vegetarian, Moslem etc),please inform us 3 days before embarking and we will confirm you about your special request. For the individual request,please inform the Reception Desk when you embark.
If someone is sick on board
A clinic and a qualified doctor is on board. All the medical services will be charged.
Laundry service
Cabin stewards will collect things for laundry every morming and send cleaned things back to the cabin after dinner in the same day.
How to make telephone call and IDD on board?
Telephone in the cabin can be used onl internally to the boat. Any domestic call or IDD, please contact the Reception Desk.
Can electrical appliances be used in the cabin?
Except the portable computer and rechargeable shave, no electrical appliances are allowed in the cabin because of safety reasons. for any special requests, please contact the Reception Desk.
Notice for shore excursions
Before you leave the cruise for sightseeing, you will get a disembark card. Pease retum the card to the Reception Desk to confirm that you've come back. You are required to wear a life jacket when visiting the lesser Three Gorges or Shennong stream.
Besides the sightseeing ,any other activities are offered on board?
During the voyage, singing and dancing performance, lectures for Chinbese callingraphy, cultures of Chinese food and drinks, as well as the lecture of Tai Chi are constantly arranged.
Is it possible to have a private party?
If you want to have a private party with you friends ,please make the reservation at the Reception Desk.
Can a meeting be arranged on board?
Please inform us two weeks in advance. We will make the arrangement and sent you a confirmation.
The Insurance
The shipping company only bears the insurance of the cruise liner that belongs to the company.The travel agencies are responsible for travelers' insurance druing their tour in China..
